Annual Dues and Fees – for 2024

Three items are paid annually: the Club Dues, and Capital Improvement fee, and the Seasonal Maintenance fee.

Membership Dues: $565
Capital Improvement Fee: $125
Seasonal Maintenance: $60

Total 2024 Dues & Fees: $750

One Time Joining Dues and Fees

Three items are paid once when you join the club: the membership bond amount, a bond transfer fee, and an initiation fee. The membership bond amount is refundable when you sell your membership.

Membership Bond: $400 (refundable when your membership is sold)
Bond Transfer Fee: $25 (non-refundable)
Initiation Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
Total One Time Dues and Fees: $475

When you first submit your Application for Membership there is a $50 non-refundable fee that holds your spot on the Waiting List.
