Looking to plan a party? You can host your own at the club and it is guaranteed to be a lot of fun.

To ensure that the club doesn’t get too crowded we ask that members make reservations if they plan to have a party of 16 or more people. To do so just fill out this party packet and return it to one of the managers while you are at the club.

If required you may reserve a tent for your party for a fee.

We will be accepting reservations as soon as the club is open in May. Through this reservation procedure we can ensure that your party will not be affected by another huge party which happens to be occurring the same day.

Here are a few party reminders to think about to make sure your party is successful:

– Only two tables per party may be reserved under the pavilion
– No Smoking on the pool deck as well as in and around the pavilion
– The wade pool is for children 6 years and younger. Older children may use all the other activities available on the grounds
– Please carefully monitor your grill use. They heat up quickly and do not require more than a minute to pre-heat. Please remember to keep children away from the grills and make sure you turn off the gas and clean the grills when you are done.

These reminders are all normal club rules but since parties typically bring guests who are not members it is important that members make sure all members of their party are keeping things safe.
